General conditions of sale

PRESENTATION

The hotelier has the right to refuse guests exhibiting noisy or improper behavior, as well as guests whose behavior is contrary to good morals and public order. An identity document is required to verify your identity.

RECEPTION

Declines any responsibility for your luggage or items left in public areas.

PAYMENT

The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. We accept: company checks or holiday vouchers, the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. We ask that everyone staying at our establishment present an identity document upon arrival. In the event that you cannot provide this document, we would be obliged not to accept your room rental request.

A deposit of €150 (to be deposited by credit card or in cash) per stay is requested upon the client’s arrival, which is automatically retained in the event of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF STAY

No refund will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the entire stay is due. Early departures cannot under any circumstances give rise to a refund.

NON-PRESENTATION

Is considered as the effective taking of the room.

CANCELLATION

  • For individual bookings, any cancellation must reach us 48 hours before the arrival date for individual stays (excluding specific conditions set by our partners). Beyond this period, the reservation is due. Non-presentation is considered as the effective taking of the room.

  • For group reservations, the payment of a 50% deposit is no longer refundable two months before the start of the stay, and the balance is no longer refundable one month before the start of the stay.

The 14-day withdrawal period governed by the Consumer Code does not apply to hotel accommodation services. Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

TELEMARKETING

In accordance with the provisions of Article L223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that he/she has the possibility to register free of charge on a list of opposition to telemarketing if he/she does not wish to be subject to telephone canvassing. TOURIST TAX

Not included in the reservation price, is in force in the municipality. It is payable on site.

ACCESS TO ROOMS

Rooms are available FROM 2:00 PM and must be vacated by 12:00 PM. Please note, in case of late departure, the extra time will be charged at €20/hour. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11:00 AM, subject to availability. In addition, your room is intended for a specific number of people; to ensure the hotel’s safety rules, you must not host additional people. Please ensure that the door to your room is properly closed before leaving the room or going to bed.

PROHIBITIONS

We remind you that smoking is prohibited in all public places since January 2, 2008. It is also strictly prohibited to smoke in the rooms for obvious safety and comfort reasons (non-compliance will result in a compensation of €150/stay to restore the room). It is prohibited to use gas appliances in the rooms, for example: Stove, etc…

PETS

Pets are accepted but subject to conditions: weigh less than 10 kg, be kept on a leash in all common areas of our establishment. For reasons of hygiene, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and must not be left alone in the room.

BREAKFAST

Is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM every day of the week in the designated room.

DAMAGE

We ask you to respect the premises and the decoration of your room. In case of problems or damage to the furniture in the room, the client will be held responsible. Similarly, please note that any missing (towels, pillows, etc.) or damaged items after your stay in the room will be automatically charged to you. During your stay, you will be given a key allowing you free access to your room. In case of loss, the replacement will be charged at the current rate.

NUISANCES

For the respect of other guests’ rest, please refrain from making too much noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any neighborhood noise related to the behavior of a person or an animal under its responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the client to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measures, as soon as the noise generated is likely to disturb the tranquility of the clientele (art. R.1334-30 and R;1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place of rest. All business is strictly prohibited.

INTERNAL REGULATIONS:

of the hotel applies to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the special conditions and the internal regulations of the hotel.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CLIENT WITH ANY OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.

Furthermore, the consumer is informed that he/she can file his/her complaint via the European dispute resolution platform, accessible via the following website:
